PARALLAX THINK TANK
SEX. POLITICS. PHILOSOPHY. MAGICK.
Hard-boiled thinking. Hardcore ideas.
A SELF-ORGANIZING INTELLECTUAL LABORATORY
The Parallax Think Tank is not a course, a lecture series, or a program designed for passive consumption.
Think of it as a private intellectual club. A gathering of independent minds around a shared table.
There is a host, but no fixed curriculum. There are four fields of inquiry, but no disciplinary boundaries. There are invited guests, but no rigid distinction between speakers and audience.
Members are free to propose questions, initiate discussions, organize breakout groups, form collaborations, invite guests, and develop projects of their own. Some conversations will be planned. Others will emerge spontaneously. Some ideas will lead nowhere. Others may develop into essays, books, research projects, or entirely unexpected ventures.
The founder of Parallax provides the framework, introduces people, invites exceptional thinkers, and helps guide the conversation when necessary.
But the intellectual life of the Think Tank belongs to its members.
We provide the table. You bring the ideas. What happens next is up to us.
FOUR CLUSTERS. NO INTELLECTUAL BOUNDARIES.
SEX
Desire, eroticism, gender, intimacy, transgression, dating and the politics of the body. The biological, psychological, cultural, and philosophical dimensions of human sexuality.
POLITICS
Power, ideology, sovereignty, democracy, social engineering, and the future of civilization. Beyond left and right, beyond conventional political narratives. Deeply left, deeply right.
PHILOSOPHY
Consciousness, free will, metaphysics, epistemology, and the nature of reality. The oldest questions approached with contemporary knowledge and radical intellectual independence.
MAGICK
Will, ritual, esotericism, initiation, altered states, and the deliberate transformation of consciousness. Exploring the intersections of ancient traditions, modern psychology, and the limits of human possibility.
A WORKING INTELLECTUAL COLLECTIVE
You will learn how to dispute. How to explore the limits of your own thinking. How to challenge and transform the world. Make new friends. And quite a few enemies.
Members don't simply listen. They question, argue, investigate, challenge, and contribute. The Think Tank is built around the conviction that serious thinking is not a spectator sport.
There are no predetermined conclusions. No obligatory ideological commitments. No authorities beyond the strength of an argument.
Intellectual freedom comes with intellectual responsibility: every idea is open to criticism, including our own.
FOUR PILLARS OF THE THINK TANK
1. THE WEEKLY ROUNDTABLE
90 minutes. No passive audience.
Every week, members meet online for an intensive, 90-minute roundtable moderated by the founder of Parallax. Each session revolves around a fundamental question, a controversial thesis, an emerging idea, or a problem brought forward by one of the members. The question may be proposed by any member or selected by the moderator.
The purpose is not to reach consensus. It is to think harder, argue better, and discover perspectives that would never emerge in the comfort of intellectual agreement.
2. THE MONTHLY GUEST
Exceptional minds. Unfiltered conversations.
Once a month, the Think Tank invites an exceptional thinker, philosopher, writer, researcher, or intellectual provocateur for an intimate online conversation.
Unlike public interviews, these encounters are designed for direct exchange. Members have the opportunity to engage personally with guests, challenge their ideas, and pursue questions beyond the limits of conventional interviews and public appearances.
No stage. No passive audience. Just serious minds in conversation.
3. THE MEMBERS' FORUM
The conversation doesn't end when the meeting does.
The Think Tank maintains a private online space for ongoing intellectual exchange.
Members share essays, research, books, questions, unfinished ideas, and projects. They can initiate collaborations, seek critical feedback, and develop intellectual relationships with people who take ideas as seriously as they do.
The forum is not another social media feed. It is an extension of the intellectual laboratory — a place where conversations deepen and ideas mature.
4. THE ANNUAL GATHERING
From the virtual to the real.
Once a year, members are invited to an optional in-person gathering on the Mediterranean island of Mallorca.
A weekend of intensive conversations, shared meals, intellectual exploration, and personal encounters — away from the distractions of everyday life.
An opportunity to deepen the relationships developed throughout the year and explore ideas in an entirely different setting.
Participation is optional. Travel and accommodation are not included in the membership fee.
THINKING IS ONLY THE BEGINNING
The exclusive Parallax Think Tank is not simply about discussing the world. It is about developing new ways of understanding — and potentially transforming — it.
Members are encouraged to initiate their own investigations, develop original theories, challenge established paradigms, and collaborate across disciplinary boundaries.
Selected ideas and projects may evolve into essays, manifestos, publications, podcasts, or other contributions or other projects to the wider intellectual conversation.

A THREE-MONTH COMMITMENT
A genuine intellectual community doesn't emerge overnight. It takes time to get to know one another, develop trust, challenge ideas, and build meaningful relationships.
For this reason, membership begins with a minimum commitment of three months (€199 per month). After that, membership continues on a monthly basis and can be cancelled at any time before the next billing period.
We're not looking for occasional visitors. We're looking for people who want to become part of something.
TWO SCHOLARSHIPS
Great minds don't always come with great incomes.
We reserve two of our 15 places for exceptional applicants who cannot afford the membership fee.
These fully funded memberships are awarded on the basis of intellectual curiosity, originality, and the potential to contribute to the Think Tank — regardless of academic credentials, professional status, or financial circumstances.
If you have the mind but not the money, we still want to hear from you.
